1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing emintravels.com, or by delivering your passport, application, and supporting documents to us, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to these terms or are dissatisfied with the site, please contact us. Failure to comply may result in restricted access or legal action. We reserve the right to modify these terms; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Refund Policy
Your eligibility for a refund is governed by the following rules:
- Application Service Fee: A $30 Application Service Fee is charged for every application. This fee is strictly non-refundable once the application is initiated.
- Visa Fee Refund: The Visa Fee portion of your payment is refundable if the request is made within 10 days of the payment date.
- Submission Policy: The Visa Fee remains refundable within that 10-day window even if emintravels.com has already submitted your application to the immigration authorities.
- No Refund for Rejections: Notwithstanding the 10-day window, no refunds will be issued for the visa fee if the visa is rejected, denied, or processed by the immigration department.
- Credit Card Limitations: We cannot process refunds for credit card payments older than 40 days. In such cases, we may issue store credit for future applications. This credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Processing Timelines
Processing times quoted are approximate and based on standard immigration procedures under normal conditions.
- Calculation: Timelines begin on the next business day after both documentation and payment are successfully submitted.
- Liability: emintravels.com and its affiliates are not responsible for financial losses, cancellations, or damages resulting from government delays or visa denials. No fees will be refunded due to such delays or rejections.
4. Fees and Payments
You agree to have your credit card billed immediately upon online verification. You are responsible for all fees, taxes, and charges for services offered. Please note that immigration fees, processing charges, and documentation requirements are determined by the government and are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Delivery of Visas
All approved visas are dispatched via email. Visas will only be sent once the full payment for the service has been confirmed.
6. Service Descriptions and Accuracy
While we aim for accuracy, emintravels.com does not warrant that all service descriptions or information on the site are current, complete, or error-free. Government requirements and fees can change instantly. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or mistakes regarding pricing, processing dates, or service details.
7. Scope of Service & Government Discretion
Immigration authorities may request additional documentation or decline a visa without disclosing the reason. emintravels.com reserves the right to decline processing for any reason, including incomplete documentation or unusual circumstances.
8. Communication Consent
By using our services, you grant emintravels.com express permission to contact you via email, messaging, or other electronic means for service updates and the distribution of marketing or promotional materials.
9. Account Security
You certify that all information you provide is true and correct. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your User ID or password.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless emintravels.com , its officers, and employees from any claims, suits, or liabilities—including legal fees—arising from your violation of these Terms or the use of your account by yourself or others.

12. Termination
